Policies for Choate Rosemary Hall
COVID-19 Social Contract
With purchase of tickets, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety protocols as determined by the School. Protocols are evaluated and updated based on current conditions to protect the Choate Rosemary Hall community, guest performers, and patrons. Please contact the Box Office at (203) 697-2398 for expectations for each performance.

Connecticut state law prohibits smoking in the Paul Mellon Arts Center and on the Choate Rosemary Hall school campus. The use of e-cigarettes/vaping is also prohibited.
Refund and Exchange Policy
For paid performances there are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges will be honored on the day of the show (for that day's show). Other exchanges will be accommodated as we are able. Please contact the Box Office at (203) 697-2398.
General Policies
The Paul Mellon Arts Center is located at 332 Christian Street. Ann and George Colony Hall is located just east of the main Paul Mellon Arts Center building. Parking is available across the street along Gunpowder Creek and off of Rosemary Lane.

The Joan Harris Gelb Theater is located on the lower level of the Seymour St. John Chapel, at 66 Curtis Avenue. Street parking is available along Curtis Avenue and additional parking is available in the Hill House parking lot, off of Beaumont Avenue.

Patrons with mobility restrictions should email artscenter@choate.edu or call the Box Office at (203) 697-2398 upon placing of your ticket order to ensure suitable seating accommodations and for further assistance regarding parking.

Ticketholder releases Choate Rosemary Hall from and against any and all claims and liability that may arise in connection with the patron’s attendance at Paul Mellon Arts Center events. This includes any and all claims and liability associated with risks related to COVID-19.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Choate Rosemary Hall). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
